Researchers have tested whether wearing a traction device that applies continuous gentle longitudinal force for several hours per day over months can increase penile length in men seeking enlargement or in specific clinical contexts (Peyronie’s disease, post-prostatectomy length recovery).
Methodology Summary
Typical study designs have been small (often fewer than 30–50 completers), single-arm or with limited controls, and have required participants to wear the device for 4–9 hours daily for 3–6 months or longer. Length was usually measured in the flaccid or stretched state. Girth was less consistently assessed.

Traction is not equivalent to manual exercises such as jelqing, which lack comparable evidence and carry different risk profiles.
